A Black Box Double Feature:
Tuesdays With Morrie portrays the touching true story of sociologist Morrie Schwartz and his relationship
with his student, Mitch Albom. The play is an awakening chronicle of the life lessons that Mitch learns from
his professor, who is dying from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease.
A Life in the Theatre focuses on the relationship between two actors, the play's only characters. Robert
is a stage veteran whilst John is a young, promising actor. As the play goes on they are involved in a variety
of productions, and gradually their relationship begins to change.
